TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present conditions regulate the relationship between Inakbal and the travelers who contract our personalized itineraries. By making a deposit or trip confirmation, the client expressly accepts these terms.

  1. Concept of Service Inakbal operates as a bespoke travel design studio legally based in Australia. We offer advisory, consultancy, and customized itinerary design services.
  2. Bookings and Payment Schedule The start of the customized itinerary design requires an initial non-refundable deposit of 150€ for consultancy and planning, which will be deducted from the final cost of the trip. To definitively confirm a customized trip, the client must pay the percentage stipulated in the commercial proposal. The payment of the total amount of the trip must be made 30 days before the departure date.
  3. Cancellations by the Traveler If the client decides to rescind or cancel the contracted trip, the following penalties will apply to the total amount of the trip (except for stricter specific conditions imposed by particular providers, such as non-refundable international flights or special hotel rates): Cancellations more than 45 days before departure: Loss of the booking deposit. Cancellations between 44 and 30 days before departure: Penalty of 50% of the total amount. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: Penalty of 100% of the total amount.
  4. Travel Insurance and Liability Travel Insurance: Contracting a comprehensive international medical and travel assistance policy is a mandatory requirement to participate in any of our routes. The traveler is solely responsible for purchasing it and verifying that it covers all planned activities. Inakbal acts as a designer and facilitator. We are not responsible for personal injuries, illnesses, material losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, local guides) or by the individual conduct of the travelers.
  5. Modifications at Destination and Force Majeure Bespoke and adventure tourism involve unpredictable factors. Inakbal reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, or transport recommendations due to force majeure, safety, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government decisions, always prioritizing the traveler's integrity. Inakbal will not assume additional economic costs derived from these extraordinary situations.
  6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Our services come with the guarantees established by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to be provided with due care and skill. These terms and conditions are governed, interpreted, and applied under the laws in force in the State of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from these services shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of said State.
